a little bit about me

Hi, my name is Anneliese :) I love life but, most of all, I LOVE Jesus, my Savior and King. And I love people. God's given me a heart to write, so that's what I do here - record my simple journey as I learn to abide in Him more and more each day, like John 15. I'm just an ordinary girl, far from perfect and undeserving of Jesus's love, but oh so passionate about worshipping Him with my life and telling others about Him.  

I was born in southern California (I'm still convinced that I have some ocean in my blood), but have been raised in beautiful Colorado, the place that I call home. I'm a daughter to the two most amazing parents on the planet. Yes, I may be a little biased hehe, but that doesn't hurt right? ;) And I have the three coolest brothers a sister could possibly ask for - one older, two younger. 

I'm also a full-time college student studying to become a high school math teacher. My prayer is that I can inspire kids to believe the impossible for their lives and shower them with Christ's love and hope. Life is crazy and hectic at times, beautiful and joyful, difficult and sad... yet it's the sweetest blessing to live it following the most amazing, gracious, personal God along side of the most amazing family and friends :)
